We serve Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, and surrounding New Mexico areas.

All services are performed by trained technicians and are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated.

Estimates are based on the information provided by the client at the time of the request.

Final pricing may vary based on scope changes, materials, or additional labor.

Quotes are typically valid for 30 days from the date issued.

3. Payments and Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure service dates during peak busy seasons.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic payments.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

4. Scheduling and Installation

Installation schedules are provided based on weather conditions and crew availability.

Dates are subject to change due to weather, equipment availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the installation area is accessible, safe, and free of obstructions (e.g., pets, locked gates, vehicles).

Power outlets must be functional and accessible for installation.

5. Warranty and Liability

Tux Window Cleaning guarantees workmanship for the duration of the active service.

We are not responsible for damages caused by mother nature or due to human intervention.

The client agrees to hold Tux Window Cleaning harmless for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages post service.

We carry general liability insurance for all standard services.

8. Safety and Property Access

Our crews follow strict safety protocols. By hiring us, the client grants permission to access their property for:

Window cleaning, solar cleaning, power washing

The use of ladders, lifts, and extension cords as necessary

9. Photo & Video Use Consent

Tux Window Cleaning may photograph or film completed services for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, or advertising).

If you wish to opt out of this, please notify us in writing before or immediately after installation.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If service is postponed due to weather, we will contact you to reschedule at the next available time slot.

11. Website Use

All content on www.tuxwindowcleaning.net — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Tux Window Cleaning LTD and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tux Window Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.
